What to Expect in a Reading

I open the intuitive coaching session by asking your permission to connect with your higher guidance and read your energy.  When I first tune in, I typically see an image or scene that symbolizes some of the major themes happening in your life.  The description of this symbol gives me a starting point for the reading and often offers a new perspective or direction to key issues.  After this introduction, I can do a reading of all the chakras (energy centers) of the body or I can answer specific questions you may have.

Before the reading, it is helpful to brainstorm a list of questions for which you would like guidance.  Some answers require more explanation than others, so you should prioritize the most important issues and ask about these first.  We will address as many of your questions as we can.

I am a spiritual advisor and life coach, not a fortuneteller. Although I often see trends of energy and general directions of where things may be heading, it’s not my job to predict your future. Rather, I will give you new options or possibilities that you can use to create a better future. I will help you understand where you are now, what you want, and what your soul wants, so you can get or stay on track with your path of highest good and greatest joy. The present moment is always your point of power, because the choices you make today create the future you will live tomorrow.
