How to Use the Hotline

In order to use this service, you have to establish your own account with the system. 

Click on the phone icon. 
This will take you to my listing.

If I am away from the phone or on another call when you log in to register, just hit "continue" and register for future use or to request a call back.

 You will create your own username and password.  Your name, phone number and other personal information are kept private.

To pay for a reading, you post money to your account using a credit or debit card.   Your account works on a debit basis, so you decide ahead of time how long you want to talk, and how much you want to spend.  The payment system is a secure server, similar to Paypal.

If you want a brief reading (less than 10 minutes), you should put money into your account online before the call, as you can only add money in increments of $20 or more when you are on the phone. Your first three minutes on the system are free, so you can put $4 into your account and try it out for five minutes.

If you just want to try out the 3 free minutes or view the monthly message on my blog, you do not have to pay any money.

Once you have registered, you don't have to access the hotline through the computer at all.  You can just call the 1-800 number, enter your own PIN number, and then and enter my extension (it's on the listing).  Or, if you've already called me once, just choose me from your favorite advisors. 

If I am away from the phone or on another call, you can always request a call back within a specific window of time.  If I become available, I will accept the call, and the virtual secretary will call you. 

The system has an internal email service which I can use to send follow-up messages and special offers, so you might want to check your hotline account every now and then.  You can also have your hotline account email forward to your regular email.
