How to Use My Advice Line

line. It is my own personal account, so it is easy to use. If I am not available when you log in to register, you can request either a
call back or an appointment. For a call back, just select the window of time you can
wait.
You will create your own ID and password, and can select a PIN number to access the advice line through the toll free number.
Your account works on a debit basis, so you decide ahead of time how long you want to talk, and how much you want to spend. The payment system is a secure server. You post money to your account using a credit or debit card. You can add money during the call if you decide you want more time.
Once you have registered, you don't have to use the computer to access the advice line. You can simply dial the 1-800 number direct. You will need your ID number and PIN number, and my extension, which is 61545.
If I am away from the phone or on another call, you can always request a call back window or an appointment. I will get a text message alert to my phone. When I log in to accept the call, the virtual secretary will call you. We do not call each other directly.
The system has an internal email service which I can use to send follow-up messages and special offers, so you might want to check your advice line account every now and then. You can also have your advice line account email forward to your regular email.
